Fixed issue regarding stamina regen getting stuck, added dash on direction tap in addition to more responsive dashing on space.
-Fixed summons not following you & summons not following you to the next level
-refactored knockback, values still need tweaking, but now weapons deal consistent knockback damage based on their weapon type
-new dither based environment darkening
