Sep25 patch - Options menu, encyclopedia

-Finally implemented the options menu, featuring such amazing options as resolutions, FoV, vsync, windowed modes, etc.

I hope people who had issues with the default vsync behaviour will be able to test this to see if their issues are fixed.

-Added the first rollout of the encyclopedia menu, available through the main menu, but a this point it is only a barebones version of it to test stability. In the final version, items will get revealed in it based on how many times you've found them, they will reveal more and more information.

-Added some major juice to dashing
